Explore the project

The challenge. Complex distribution metrics need consistent definitions and responsive reporting across multiple business views.

My contribution. Architected SQL roll-ups and Power BI reporting, with attention to calculation logic, model design, and responsiveness.

Operating-plan allocation

SQL / Forecasting / Commercial analytics

Connect SKU-level plans with more detailed customer analysis to support commercial planning.

Explore the project

The challenge. Regional and territory reporting does not always provide the detail needed to understand a plan at the customer level.

My contribution. Extended the analytical approach from SKU-level operating plans toward customer-level reporting.

Illustrative validation approach. Reconcile allocated totals to source plans, make allocation assumptions visible, and review exceptions. This describes a sanitized methodology, not confidential implementation details or a claimed production result.

02 / Working style

Own the question.
Understand the answer.

Technical leadership starts with clear requirements, thoughtful trade-offs, and shared understanding across business and technical teams.

Business context before tools

I work with stakeholders to define KPIs, understand decisions, and turn reporting needs into usable solutions.

Data foundations that support the work

I build SQL transformations, semantic and dimensional models, and reporting solutions with attention to quality and performance.

AI-assisted, with human judgment

I use AI to help translate requirements into code, explore approaches, and work through unfamiliar implementation details. I bring the business context, review the output, and validate behavior. It is also an active part of how I learn.
